Built REST API modules for authentication, user management, wildlife reference data, permit submissions, verification logs, and document management for a government portal (BBKSDA Jawa Barat) that digitizes previously manual workflows. Designed PostgreSQL relational schemas, implemented Drizzle ORM queries, and deployed to Azure VM.
